We spent our Christmas at this charming hotel and we couldn't be happier with our choice. The rooms were beautifully decorated with antique features and had a cozy feeling to them. We particularly enjoyed the balcony in our room and the spacious bathroom with a double sink. The location of the hotel was ideal, tucked away down a quiet lane in a bustling area of the city. We loved being able to explore the nearby shops and restaurants.
It was difficult to get information about the hotel amenities and the language barrier made it tough to receive the level of service we were hoping for. we were unable to use the pool and spa which were advertised as being available during our stay.

Room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for a weekend getaway. the hotel is located in a very quiet area, great for getting away from the hustle and bustle. the breakfast buffet was fantastic, with a wide variety of options to choose from.
The staff seemed a bit inexperienced and struggled with English, making communication difficult. the prices at the bar and restaurant were quite high, making it a bit difficult to enjoy some of the amenities.
